 These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to English Law and Peak Health Online recommends that you print out and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

The terms 'Peak Health Online' along with 'us', 'we' and 'our' refers to the owner of the website, whose registered office, to which all correspondence should be sent is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Statutory "cooling off" period

If you wish to return any goods under the 14-day returns period, please email us (hello@peakhealthonline.com) to obtain a Return Authorisation Number with which to label the package, and a Return Form, which must be completed and enclosed with the items you are returning. If you fail to do this, we may have no means of tracking your returned goods and you will be held responsible for any losses suffered as a consequence.

  • The Money Back Guarantee is between the purchaser and Peak Health Online Ltd for a new Alpha-Stim® M or Alpha-Stim® AID device. It comes into effect if the purchaser is not satisfied with the product after a 60 day period. The purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the Alpha-Stim® device that they ordered with a deduction of £499 for consumables and the replacement of used parts with the Alpha-Stim® M or a deduction of £299 for consumables and the replacement of used parts with the Alpha-Stim® AID, providing the customer has adhered to the conditions of sale and the terms and conditions of the Money Back Guarantee. There will be no refund given on postage.
  • The Money Back Guarantee is only available to UK customers.
  • All money back guarantees offered by Peak Health Online are subject to a maximum period of 60 days, unless otherwise stated, from the date of purchase. No refunds outside this time limit will be considered.
  • All refund claims must be made in writing to our registered address: Peak Health Online, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, within 60 days of the receipt of the machine. The conditions of this agreement are:
    (a) If you are not experiencing results, you must contact us to speak to one of our clinical support team and follow advice given within the first 14 days of purchase. (b) The purchaser is to use the Alpha-Stim® as instructed for the 60 day period. The purchaser is to complete a daily schedule detailing his/her treatment programme which must be submitted with your refund request. You must also submit dates and times of when you contacted us for clinical support. (c) The machine is returned in the original packaging with all accessories and consumables whether they have been used or unused. The machine should be in full working order and in resalable condition (d) The purchaser shall record the reasons for returning the Alpha-Stim® device and enclose a letter describing how the device was used and the results, along with a copy of their daily treatment schedule.
  • The purchaser acknowledges that the Alpha-Stim® M or Alpha-Stim®AIDis for the purchaser's sole use and in the event of loss of or damage to the device or the theft or destruction of the device, the purchaser shall be liable.
  • We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee.
  • The purchaser understands that £299 will be deducted to cover the costs of the consumables and replacement of used parts for the Alpha-Stim® AID or £499 for the Alpha-Stim® M, which includes admin fees. The purchaser agrees not to contend this.
  • Peak Health Online offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the treatment schedule they have followed.
  • The purchaser is not entitled to return the Alpha-Stim® device without having contacted Customer Services to obtain authorisation. Any returns received without authorisation will be posted back to the customer and the costs will be applied to the customer account.
  • The Money Back Guarantee cannot be activated if the device has not been used for a minimum of 30 hours within the 60 day period.
  • If you are experiencing difficulties operating the device or seemingly not seeing an improvement, then we would encourage you to contact Customer Services for assistance within the first 14 days of use. Failure to do so may forfeit the terms of our Money Back Guarantee and render it null and void. Our clinical support team are happy to help and can give guidance and advice on getting the best treatment regime and results.
  • Our 60-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged goods

Faulty goods

Faults on receipt of goods: If you suspect a fault with your product on receipt, please email us at hello@peakhealthonline.com within 7 days of purchase.

We will then either assess the possible of fault ourselves or may direct you to the respective manufacturers helpline.

This initial call may prevent any unnecessary return to us and save you the return delivery costs should the product be found to be in full working order. In the event that you return a product to us which is subsequently found to be in full working order, we reserve the right to return the goods to you with a £15 administration charge.

However if there is an obvious defect and/or under the manufacturers recommendation it needs to be returned to us, please notify us (hello@peakhealthonline.com) to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and a Returns Form, to complete and enclose with your goods.

Faults developing within 30 days of purchase: If your goods are faulty we will offer as prompt a replacement (or refund) of the relevant components, as soon as the fault is confirmed. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item returned is in an ‘as new' condition and has undergone technical examination to establish the fault. We must be notified of the fault within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase which MUST be provided.

Faults developing after 30 days from purchase and within the manufacturers guarantee period: we will ask you to either return the goods to ourselves or direct to the manufacturers. We generally recommend to return goods directly to the manufacturers as this will be quicker. Any goods that are faulty will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

PLEASE ENSURE: That you register your new product with the manufacturer, in accordance with their directions, in order to activate the free warrenty period. Peak Health Online cannot accept responsibility for your failure to do so and for any consequential loss suffered by you as a result of this failure.

PLEASE NOTE: Any repairs must be accompanied by your original purchase receipt. For any goods that have a more than 12 months warranty, we may, at our discretion, apply a small administration charge to cover our costs after the first 12 months, usually £10.00.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: It may take 4-8 weeks or longer for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the manufacturer, the country of manufacture and the problem.
